• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, travel dates, preferences and, when you book, traveler details such as date of birth and passport information.
• Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited and similar data collected through cookies or analytics tools.

How we use it

• To respond to your requests, plan and book your travel, and provide support before and during your trip.
• To share necessary details with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour and transfer operators) so they can deliver your booking.
• To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time, and reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• To meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations.

Sharing

We share personal information only with travel suppliers, service providers who help run our business (such as email and payment processors) and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your state, including California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Terms & Conditions

Our role

We act as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines and tour operators. Each supplier's own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are per person, based on double occupancy, and are subject to availability until confirmed in writing. A deposit is required to confirm most bookings, with the balance due by the date on your invoice.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and may incur fees. We will explain the applicable terms before you pay.

Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required health documents. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events beyond our control such as weather, strikes or government actions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
